Mumbai Indians won the first IPL match of this series yesterday; while everyone was busy celebrating this win, Pollard was in a different state of mind. Actually, he was in a mood to blast out at Sanjay Manjrekar for passing an “Insensitive remark” about him during the commentary.
Pollard didn’t display a good performance in the match and he could score just 17 runs in 17 balls. After he was dismissed, Manjrekar said, “Pollard does not have the brains to play early in the innings.”
The term “Brainless” didn’t go down well with Pollard, who took to Twitter to slam him. Check out his series of tweets…
t read, “@sanjaymanjrekar u feel any positive can come out of your mouth bcuz u get pay to talk u can continue with your verbal diarrhea ..”
“Do you know how I get big so.. about BRAINLESS.. words are very powerful .. once it leaves u can’t take it back.. sins of parents fall on…”
“U finish that sentence .. !! All in all great TEAM effort .. well done team well done Hardik nitesh krunal youngsters doing the business 👏🏼”
Time and again, we have heard such remarks from Sanjay Manjrekar but don’t you think he crossed the limit this time? Even another West Indian cricketer Tino Best, slammed Manjrekar for his choice of words. Check out what he tweeted…
He said, “@sanjaymanjrekar how can u say @KieronPollard55 don’t have the brains to bat at 3 @KP24 why y’all always beating us down BS GTFOH with that.”
With IPL, even the controversies have started. Instead of the game, these issues are stealing the show. Don’t you think this should stop? Share your thoughts on this in our comments section bellow.
